Spiritual Practice
Most -
if not all - effective spiritual, magickal or martial systems, have
at their foundation the practice of stillness. Whether this is called
zazen, mindfulness or sitting, it amounts to the same thing: a coherent
and consistent practice of emptying the mind of chatter and allowing
the self to emerge at deeper levels.
